Corporate Social Responsibility 2024-25
Under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) scheme (2024-25) of Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited Unit- Component Fabrication Plant Rudrapur, PEJKS installed water purification and cooling system to provide clean and cold drinking water facility in the premises of 4 selected government hospitals of Udham Singh Nagar Rudrapur. This initiative has been taken for the convenience of patients and their attendants, keeping in mind the health and convenience of the staff and visitors.
Details of establishment-
On 31/03/2025, at four places selected by the Chief Medical Officer and Principal Office of Government Medical College, including District Tuberculosis Hospital, A high quality water purification and cooling system equipped with TFT technology was installed at the selected premises of Adarsh Vaccination Centre District Hospital Rudrapur, Urban Primary Centre Rampura Rudrapur and Government Medical College, Rudrapur. This water purification and cooling system has the capacity to provide approximately 80 liters of pure and cold water per hour.

- System – Teflon water purifier system
- Structure – Stainless steel, energy efficient, automatic operation
- Beneficiaries – Patients and their attendants, staff and visitors of the hospital premises
- About 500+ people.
Support Details-
The financial support for this project was provided by Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, while the entire process of technical work and installation was completed by the team of Environment and Public Welfare Committee. The responsibility of operating and maintaining the cooler has been handed over to the medical college administration.
